Delicious prosciutto rolls with traditional cheese Divanis

INGREDIENTS

8 slices prosciutto

8 sticks traditional cheese Divanis

1/2 cup traditional cheese Divanis cut in small cubes 

Green salad

Red pepper in slices

Sesame breadsticks

1/4 cup olive oil 

4 spoons balsamico with fig 

Balsamico cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Distinguish the prosciutto slices. Wrap inside the cheese. Shake out in a plate strewn with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 180' for 7-8' until the cheese melts.
Prepare the salad.

Put all the vegetables in a bowl. Add the pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and the balasamico. Sprinkle the cheese and mix well. Spread on a platter and break on top the breadsticks. Put in the center the prosciutto rolls with the cheese.

Pour over the balsamico cream.
